Forma started as a gift.
For someone I love. She was overwhelmed by online shopping. Too many returns, too many "I should have known this wouldn't work on me." I built a way for her to see anything on herself first.

Frequently asked.
- Does Forma work on Android?
- Not yet. iPhone and iPad only.
- How accurate is the AI try-on?
- Very, on cleanly-photographed pieces and a clear full-body reference photo. Less accurate when the reference photo is busy or the piece has unusual texture or shape.
- Can I share outfits with friends?
- Every try-on includes a Share button. The image saves to Photos or sends through any iOS share target like iMessage, Instagram, Mail, or AirDrop. Shared images carry a small Forma mark.
- Can it style menswear?
- Yes. Set Style For: Masculine in Settings and the lookbook planner adjusts cuts, silhouettes, and palettes accordingly. The try-on engine itself is not gendered.
- What about my photos?
- Stay on your device and in your private iCloud. Photos travel to Google Gemini only for the moment of try-on or lookbook rendering. Per Google's API terms, your inputs are not used to train their models.
- Is Forma made by a big company?
- No. Forma is an independent app built by one person.
